He is a highly skilled scientist providing patent infringement consultation, focused on technical aspects of patents, Prior Art, Claim Charts, Invalidation, and Obviousness in the area of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Networking and Internet.
- His practice focuses on analyzing Ph.D. dissertations as Prior Art to support Obviousness, KSR ruling and TSM test
- Teaches a Patent Engineering course at UC Berkeley School of Engineering
