Jack has over 40 years of engineering and engineering management experience in startup, turn-around and large company environments. His services include:

• Program/Project definition, schedule, budget
• Program/Project management
• System-level hardware architecture and functional partitioning
• Hardware physical security architecture and design
• Functional block interface specification and documentation
• Board level implementation of system, schematic entry, FPGA design, power conditioning, using Cadence or Protel tools
• Component selection and procurement, PCB layout, fabrication, and assembly
• Prototype and first article(s) debug and test
• System level test specification
• Pre-production support
• Expert consultant, technical litigation support, hardware forensic analysis

Jack is in his second year as CNSV At-Large Director. He was CNSV Vice-Chair in 2005 and a CNSV Director in 2006.
