Electronic Product Design, Medical Electronics, Sensors

SK Communications is an innovative product design firm specializing in electronic products. Our multi-disciplinary team combines the latest technologies in new ways to create successful products.

Stuart has over twenty years experience in applying a broad range of electrical engineering skills towards the development of innovative products. At SK Communications, Stuart has been involved in all the company's projects, ranging from the design of an ultrasound sensor for cardiac surgery to the sensors and data telemetry system that made Fox's glowing hockey puck and football's virtual yellow first down line possible. Stuart has numerous patents for inventions made on behalf of clients.

His early work at SK Communications was the design, marketing, and production of a satellite tracking system for receiving television from Soviet satellites. He authored academic articles about Soviet satellites and television broadcasting and received extensive national and international press coverage concerning his first installation, the Stanford Soviet TV System.

Former employers include MA-COM/LINKABIT in San Diego, where he designed hardware for the first commercial digital cellular telephone system, and Applied Signal Technology in Sunnyvale, where he designed communications interception equipment.

Stuart earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
