Consultant Details
Steven Cerri is an expert in the inter-personal people skills necessary to successfully transition from engineer to organizational leader and in the soft skills necessary for successful technical management and leadership. He personally has made the transition from engineer, to program manager, to vice president of engineering, to general manager, and now trains and coaches engineers and managers in communication, management, and leadership.

Steven is contributing author to the IEEE book "The Balanced Engineer, Essential Ideas for Career Development", and has been published in ASME magazine. He has trained internationally in China, Italy, England and Hong Kong.
He is an adjunct professor at UC Santa Barbara, teaching management and communication in the Engineering Department's Technology Management Program. He has taught at UC Berkeley and Pepperdine, is Vice Chair of AIAA, and is a member of SVEC and ASTD.
