Background: Eighteen years in the IC industry, eight of those as a consultant. Over 40 circuits developed. Broad experience in high speed analog and mixed signal design. Extensive experience in the disk drive industry as a user as well as a designer of circuits including preamps, pulse detectors, data separators, frequency synthesizers, servo motor drivers and brushless motor drivers. Other circuits have included PLL's, power supplies, video circuitry, high voltage interface chips and sensor pickups. Experience with PSPICE, HSPICE, CDS SPICE, Viewlogic, Cadence Edge and Opus and Mentor schematic capture.
